Monday workout

I'm late with this one.

  • Push-ups: normal, wide, narrow, wide, repeat
  • Step onto bench and jump
  • Crab walk x2
  • High jump, bringing knees to chest
  • Lying on side, with hip raised and propped up on one arm, lift dumbbell - first, perpendicularly out from the body and up, then parallel to the body and up

There may have been more, but my mind is blanking on me.
